The complex nature of property management presented a challenge in creating an easy-to-use platform which users could navigate quickly, regardless of their number of properties. Our team overcame this by designing a simple user flow which worked for all.
Our development team built Grosvenor Connect as a full Angular portal, allowing clients to view bills and ongoing maintenance as well as catch up on community news and events.
Our team used moodboards and worked in conjunction with the team at Grosvenor to refine their vision for the platform. Inspired by Grosvenor’s central London location, we designed a portal to appeal to their clientele - high end, stylised and luxurious.
