Action for Children (AfC) is one of the largest charities in the UK, committed to helping vulnerable children, young people, and their families. In 2014 they commissioned Screenmedia to design and and develop a new media platform to support their UK fundraising, communication, and volunteering activities.
Action for Children had a huge library of original media content which was used to support their campaigns and operations, but it had become difficult to organise and manage as their media library and team had grown. Our solution was the Brand Hub - a powerful and user friendly central platform for brands to distribute and control the use of their brand collateral. The Brand Hub increased business efficiency and ensured a consistent application of their branding across their entire organisation.
The Brand Hub also enhanced the features typical in a CMS media library to give Action for Children increased marketing and brand control. This included guidance on usage rights at the individual file level, auto-expiration for assets, a full analytics/reporting dashboard to track the access and use of assets by individual team members, and landing pages for individual campaigns to help staff present consistent communications.
With a modern design, flexible content layouts, and custom font styling; the Brand Hub is fully customised to Action for Children’s brand, and as a fully responsive resource is accessible from any device, allowing staff to stay consistent and informed while on the go.
