The annual Econsultancy Top 100 report celebrates the UK’s biggest and best technical, design and build, digital marketing and creative agencies.
Back in their 2015 review, Econsultancy highlighted us as ‘ones to watch.’ Just 4 years on, and after narrowly missing out last year, we are delighted to have grown enough to take one of the top spots at number 98. To make it even sweeter, we’re one of just 3 Scottish agencies on the list. It’s a huge achievement to top off our 15th year and we’re ecstatic with our progress.
In order to make the 2019 rankings, we’ve steadily grown our revenue through working with world-class clients from the UK, USA, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Italy. We did this by crafting exceptional digital solutions which have upheld our high customer retention rate and continued to strengthen our partnerships with returning clients year on year. We also added new brands to our client base, as our work won us projects with international brands such as Britvic, Edrington Beam-Suntory, William Grant & Sons, Mattel and Aberdeen Standard Investments for the first time. While working with major global players, our team have maintained their core focus on human-centred design. Our approach has proven to be a hit with clients, and it’s fantastic to have been recognised for it.
Our team are always working to stay ahead of the curve, and our passion for pushing the boundaries of digital innovation has been a major factor in our success this year. As well as having expanded our client base, we’ve also grown our service capabilities by adding strategic consultancy and business analysis. Our award-winning voice team released three whitepapers which have been downloaded worldwide, demonstrating our commitment to innovation and emerging technologies. Having received industry acclaim for both our work in voice and the free resources we’ve produced, it’s no surprise that we’ve become one of the UK’s premier voice development partners.
With all this growth, we had to expand our team to keep up! We welcomed 9 new faces to the studio, and we still have plenty of room for more before the year is out. In August, we were joined by a new Managing Director for Growth and Innovation, Nick Sherrard. Formerly of Market Gravity/Deloitte, Nick’s infectious energy and dynamic leadership has fitted right into our team. Now sitting at 55 members of full-time staff, our expansion this year has shown that no matter how big we get, our passion for change and cutting-edge innovation will remain the same.
Screenmedia are set for another year of growth for our studio right in the heart of Glasgow, and hopefully rising up the ranks in 2020. If you’d like to work with one of the UK’s Top 100 Agencies, get in touch!
