As partners of the Tribal Group, our UX Planner Scott went down to Birmingham to showcase our working partnership.
Education services group Tribal recently hosted their first Empower Conference at Birmingham’s ICC, inviting partners from across the education, skills, training and employment industries to share their knowledge, experience, and best practice. Having worked with Tribal over the past year to enhance the user experience of their student mobile app, we were delighted to be invited to share our initial work on the project and the human centred design process we follow.
Tribal CEO Ian Bowles and Marketing Director Mike Beech kicked off the conference with talks on the future of technology in the education sector, with a full roster of speakers covering a broad range of topics from AI and the personalisation of education to meeting students expectations of an institution mobile app.
Invited as experts in innovation, our UX Planner Scott talked about creating the future mobile experience for students and our work on developing a human centred mobile app with Tribal – as well as providing insight into the methods and processes which drive our discovery, ideation, design, and development of innovative and future-proof products.
We’re always excited to share and discuss best practice within our industry, so we’re delighted to have been a part of Tribal’s first Empower Conference. As partners in innovation and active developers in the education, learning and development space, we’re excited to be able to be continuing to work with Tribal to bring innovative and impactful apps to both teachers and students alike.
We’re always on the lookout for skilled, enthusiastic talent to join our practice. If we sound like the place for you, have a look at our careers area to see where you could fit in!
