Wise Property Care (WPC) are one of Scotland's largest property repair companies providing solutions to problems with damp, dry and wet rot, woodworm and other infestations.

In many cases people don't know they have such problems or understand the solution. So, getting customers to understand the problem and see the solution was the brief for Screenmedia.

Dry website copy, photographs, factsheets and technical specifications wasn't going to work. Screenmedia's solution was to create a series of 20 videos and animated demos that would get Wise Property Care's promotional messages across professionally, and get the technical solutions across simply in ways customers would understand and respond to.

As a multi-platform solution we produced the audio visual content in Adobe Flash and authored to CD-Rom, laptop presentation and website.

By taking a rich-media approach to communications Wise Property Care have increased traffic to their website and dramatically increased the amount of time users spend on the site, leading to more enquiries and consequently more sales.
