Creative Scotland

Successfully engaging teachers and children with quantitative evaluation of Scotland's creative learning providers.

The ‘Brewstometer’

Creative Scotland needed a creative and engaging way to identify and validate high quality creative learning experiences. They approached Screenmedia with the brief of bringing to life the existing lengthy questionnaire process for teachers and pupils by providing an engaging, simple to use tool which gathered and captured crucial feedback across core creative outcomes.

The resulting resource, the Creativity Evaluation Tool, serves up a series of evaluation questions within a simple questionnaire tool. Following the teacher's input, young people are encouraged to complete the fully animated group evaluation activity, led by an animated David Brewster character (the famous Scottish astronomer, writer, mathematician, and inventor of the kaleidoscope.)
