Can you direct, plan and manage great digital web and mobile solutions?

This role will see you working closely with clients to gather project requirements and develop proposals, specifications, project plans and budgets - then taking the project end-to-end with our design and development team.

You'll be fluent in web and mobile project planning - IA, Wireframing the UI and UX design, developing functional specifications.

Ideally you'll have 3-5 years agency experience and a great portfolio of client projects under your belt.

You must be able to:

• Work with clients to translate briefs into well defined project proposals, specifications, budgets and schedules
• Define content, design and functionality via information architecture and wireframes
• Work with designers and developers to brief and deliver solutions end to end
• Manage multiple projects, on schedule and within budget
• Produce clear client communications and build good relationships

Experience of Prince 2 project management methods is an advantage.

Ideally you're a graphic design graduate with 5+ years experience working in an agency environment where you built up a diverse portfolio of effective and proven designs for web and mobile sites or applications. You should be expert at producing initial concepts and final designs, and an exceptional graphical user interface and user experience designer, able to plan and wireframe site architecture, navigation, layout and functionality

This is a senior position so you will need to be comfortable client facing, with experience in meeting clients, pitching and presenting design work and rationale. You will also need to lead and manage a team of designers, or have the capability to grow into that role.

Key requirements:

• At least 5 years experience working in digital
• A great portfolio of design for all digital platforms
• Conceptual thinking and attention to detail
• Experience of preparing information architecture and wireframes
• An excellent communicator and collaborator
• Some experience leading a team and implementing internal processes
