Glasgow's Charing Cross has been our home since we started in
2004. But, on 1st December we made the bold move into the City
Centre, to Osborne Street on the outskirts of the Merchant City.
So, why move? Well, our company and team has grown and so we needed
a bigger box in which to work and play. Previously we were on two
floors of a town house - beautiful but not as well connected. Now,

At last, we're in our new studio in Glasgow's Merchant City. Our
new address (please note) is now Screenmedia, 4th Floor, 60 Osborne
Street, Glasgow, G1 5HQ. Our telephone number is 0141 552 3112.

We say at last because, the past few weeks at Screenmedia have
been packed full of bubble wrap, furniture, boxes and vans plus
endless trips up and down the 4 flights of stairs - we're all

Jon's visit to the Umbraco UK Festival was a fantastic
opportunity for Screenmedia to get further exposure to the latest
version of Umbraco 5. Now in public Alpha 3, Umbraco 5 is really
shaping up to be a great addition to the Umbraco toolkit. Started
from a blank canvas, the Umbraco HQ team has been working flat out

We've picked up the top prize 'Digital Supplier of the Year' at
the Herald Digital Business Awards 2011 for the second year
running. This was a tough award to win, presented to the business
that has done the most to advance digital innovation in Scotland
during the past 12 months. It's an outstanding achievement, so
we're all over the moon.

The excitement is building up around our big move. Last week we
finally reached a breaking point and there was no other option
except to visit our new home. So we set out, plans in hand, to the
Merchant City, to King Street, through the builders' entrance on
King Street, up four flights of stairs (we don't trust the lifts
yet) and into our newly fitted out studio space.

It's not long now until the big van comes to move us to our new
studio in Glasgow's Merchant City. We're understandably excited
about relocating to a new, custom designed, studio in King Street,
not least because it will give us 2,500 square feet of much needed
