Screenmedia nominated for two awards at the Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards Posted by: Andrew on 06/09/2016

We’re delighted to announce that Screenmedia has been nominated for not one, but two awards at the Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards 2016.

For the seventh year running we’re up for the coveted Digital Agency Award, while our work developing the technically complex and visually compelling EdFringe 2016 eCommerce app for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society has been nominated in the Best Mobile Application category.

We have long been pushing the boundaries of digital innovation in Scotland, having racked up 14 nominations and 7 wins at the Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards since 2010. The Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards recognise companies which demonstrate a breadth of skill and experience, and which contribute the advancement of the Scottish digital technologies industry. In the past we’ve been commended for attracting major international clients, as well as building up a capable team including a robust graduate employment programme and one of the best ratios of female technology workers in the industry. We’re grateful that our efforts have been rewarded with another nomination, and we hope it’s a sign of greater things to come.

If you want to see some of our award winning work, take a look at our case studies for Arnold Clark, Simple Audio, and our very own mobile app Sprint GPS. We’ve also received nominations for our work with Honeywell TCC, Channel 4, and Scottish Natural Heritage.

As ever we face a tough field of entries, so join us on October 20th to find out the results and good luck to all the entrants!
