It's not long now until the big van comes to move us to our new
studio in Glasgow's Merchant City. We're understandably excited
about relocating to a new, custom designed, studio in King Street,
not least because it will give us 2,500 square feet of much needed
open plan space; we've hired 8 new staff already this year and our
mobile division continues to grow.
Our new offices will be on the top floor of a newly renovated
four storey Edwardian building in the Merchant City, which is set
to become a real hub for the cultural and creative industries.
The first 3 stories will be used by Wasps who are providing new
artist studios and spaces. The building also has a visible
street-front presence with a stunning reception foyer & project
space.
The renovation of this building has given us a chance to design
our own office from scratch, with the brilliant team at Nord
Architecture who have helped us create the optimum layout for the
diverse range of work we do in strategy, planning, design and
development.
This bright and open plan space, with windows from end to end,
will have a large meeting and presentation room for our clients, a
kitchen with breakfast bar, plenty of wall space for our
collaborative (and somewhat renowned) whiteboard areas plus loads
of desk space for the people that make our company the success it
is.
We're planning to move in December, once the work has been
completed. We'll confirm the exact date a bit nearer the time but
we're really looking forward to welcoming you there.
