We're extremely proud with the all new Glasgow School of Art
website that went live last week. In an ambitious project, that saw
the complete redevelopment of the art school's digital presence, we
teamed up with our long time partners ISO to deliver state of the
art design, programming, Umbraco content management and much more
besides.
The art school wanted to create a contemporary new website
design and a more robust and modern technological infrastructure.
Afterall, they need to attract and appeal to a vast network of
students, staff, investors and other stakeholders and deliver a
broad spectrum of digital content and communications to them across
their web and social spaces.

Beautiful imagery, bold design and a rock solid content
management system.
The website design really helps the school stand out; showcasing
creativity to the full. It is supported by an Umbraco content
management system, which will help the school keep the site up to
date and dynamic. The site also aggregates a wealth of information
from other spaces including social spaces such as Twitter, Flickr,
Ning and Facebook, plus external sites such as events,
research.
A final word. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the GSA team -
a big thanks to them for getting us involved. It was great to be
back working with ISO too. Our last collaboration thisiscentralstation.com went
on to win several awards, including the Umbraco award for Best
Integration. We think we have another winner on our hands, at least
if recent feedback is anything to go by.
