We've been joined by the fantastic four

If you haven't heard already, we've been busy recruiting this year. In fact, we've been busy with everything this year. We are therefore delighted to welcome four new members to our team. Gordon Langford, Debbie Brindley, Lynn Banks and Bryan McDowall.

Gordon Langford has joined us from SCET. As our new Head of Mobile he's leading our advance in smartphone, tablet and surface technologies. Proficient in Objective C, Java, C++ and C#, you'll be hard pushed to find a more multilingual mobile technologist. Since starting here in March he has been instrumental in helping our clients define their mobile strategy as well as working on software that will help them create and manage mobile and tablet based applications.

Debbie Brindley joined us in March and is driving our digital strategy, planning and marketing. Debs brings a wealth of experience having worked in digital companies and agencies for over 10 years. Her key specialism is content, so no matter where you may have buried your propositions and key messages, she'll find them. When she's not on her iPhone or iPad she's probably asleep.

Lynn Banks is our much needed Head of Production because, with a team working across 20+ projects per month, we couldn't possibly manage without the immense talents and super calm that Lynn brings to our team. Her keen eye for detail and experience in project management, combined with a natural creative flair and passion for all things digital, make for a lethal combination. She apparently juggles and unicycles in her sleep.

Bryan McDowall has joined our ever expanding development team. His love of interactive design and development is a great combination for a front end developer. Day to day he's turning our designs into web templates but just now he's helping Gordon on a rich media mobile project. Bryan is a self professed geek who loves sci-fi, Japanese animation and giant robots.

And, if four isn't enough, we've another person joining our dev team in a few weeks. We're delighted to say she's a female developer - a rare and wonderful thing in a tech team, so we're all looking forward to her influence.
